Overall, FirstLab commends DHHS for its efforts in revising the federal custody and control form to address the changes in the Mandatory Guidelines that take effect in May 2010. FirstLab comments request DHHS to consider some further modifications to the CCF that FirstLab, based on its experience with the federal CCF, believes will contribute to improvement in the collector accurate completion of the CCF and the quality of the data and information provided on the CCF.
