Supervisor Training Video
FirstLab is pleased to announce the availability of it's video program, "Supervisor Training on Drug and Alcohol Testing". The video was introduced at a seminar sponsored by the Regional Airline Association and has been awarded a silver "Telly" by the International Television Association (ITVA) in the Corporate Training category.
The manual which accompanies the video contains removable sections that can be photocopied and given as handouts to participating supervisors, instructions for the trainer in how best to conduct the session, and a certificate of completion that can be given to each supervisor at the close of the session to document training.
The video is used as a guide to the session, and, when used in conjunction with the manual can be used to fulfill the DOT requirements for drug and alcohol training.
